Dinner at McCarthy Lodge

Back to McCarthy. I had no idea there was an eighteen course "tasting" option - the women in the window chose that. Ours was only 4 courses, but it was good! The dessert course was delicious but not well presented - IMHO.

A bit of a contrast between the woman in black and the woman in black and white at the door.

Course #1 - Local Salmon Mousse (not Moose) over Greens - the waiter served and Jeff started eating before I could take a photo - it was terrific.

Dessert was delicious - Lava cake and homemade Orange Ice Cream. It just needed "something" on the plate - chocolate drizzles? Rasberries? Orange sections with a leaf? No idea what would work but anything was better than the plain plate - and it tasted better than great. Too bad about the lack of decoration.
